Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oats

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice

  • ¼ cup oats

  • Sea Glow Supplement Powder

  • Golden Milk Powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

  • Optional adds: 1 banana and coconut oil or a handful of pomegranate seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Heat oat milk in a small pan.
  • Once hot (not boiling), add in remaining ingredients and stir well to incorporate.
  • Keep stirring the mixture on low to medium heat until most of the excess liquid has been absorbed and both the cauliflower rice and oats are soft.
