Green Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (10g) Chia Seeds

  • 120ml of plant-based milk

  • Green Smoothie:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 165g of frozen mango

  • 1 kiwi

  • 1 tsp (5g) of Manual of Health Organic Sea Glow

  • 120ml of plant-based milk

Directions

  • Place the Chia Seeds and plant-based milk into a jar and mix together. Leave to set overnight. 
  • The next morning blend together the frozen banana, mango, kiwi, Organic Sea Glow Powder and milk until a thick consistency forms. You can add a dash more plant-based milk to make it simpler to blend. 
  • Take your chia pudding and place the blended smoothie on top of the chia pudding and top with whatever toppings you fancy! We chose white mulberries.
